“Hi! I’m Andrea, owner and designer at Oxford Garden Guru.
I pride myself on being a versatile designer with a flexible approach, and a passion for designing gardens that have soul, flow, integrity and individuality.
I launched the business in 2021 having previously traded for 12 years as Flowered Up Garden Design, and have designed and coordinated the construction of gardens in Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, London and Berkshire. I studied a Garden Design diploma with the respected KLC School of Design and have a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Birmingham.
My marketing agency background trained me to be a ‘people person’ and honed my skills in managing projects, budgets and deadlines.
And with decades of hands-on gardening experience, I’ve built an invaluable and comprehensive knowledge of plants - what makes them thrive, what flowers when and what combinations look great together!”
